It has been way too long since I made a post but I came across this blog post from PsyBlog and I have to share this post. I see so many patients in my office who report having difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up earlier than intended. Seriously, follow these six easy steps. Please note however, that if you are suffering from significant symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, don't forget to reach out to your healthcare provider (i.e. psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, naturopathic physician, massage therapist and the like) and share with him/her exactly how you're feeling because these experiences can affect one's sleep.
